Bunn Coffee Maker | Dream Marriage Come True
Hey all and welcome this is going to be a review of one of my personal favorite coffee makers the Bunn BX-B coffee maker. You may well have heard of Bunn before, but for those who know very little about Bunn as a company you need to know that they actually make commercial machines in that they are built for use in coffee houses and not for home use. This is reflected in the that the machine has to be left on all the time for it to be ready for use in any kind of reasonable time frame.
In a coffee shop of course they would just turn it on before the shop opens and then turn it off after the shop closes. Of course at home it has to be left on all the time or you will have to wait a full 15 minutes before you can get any coffee, a bit of a bummer but don’t let that put you off too much.
The fact that it was built for commercial use and not retail means that the durability is phenomenal, you won’t have to send this bad boy back to manufacturer after it breaks down on you a few months after you buy it. It has a 3 year warranty on it and that means that Bunn believe it will last, but don’t just believe them, believe me and the other reviewers that have stated that they have been using there Bunn BX-B and other such Bunn coffee makers for over 10 years and one users of a Bunn coffee maker had been using his machine since the 80’s!!

SLU prepares to demolish building • St. Louis University has the heavy equipment out this week to demolish a building just south of the historic Pevely Dairy complex but outside the ability of preservationists to protect.
Coming down at 1221 South Grand is the Wohl Institute, built as a facility for psychiatric patients. Its design is among the early work of Gyo Obata, a founding principal of HOK, the St. Louis-based architecture firm that now does business worldwide.
City records show that the two-story building was completed in 1962. But because the structure is not on the National Register of Historic Places, part of a city historic district or within a preservation review area, the St. Louis Cultural Resources Office and the city Preservation Board have no say over its demolition.
A SLU spokesman said recently that the university planned to replace the Wohl building with green space. But a site plan for SLU's proposed Pevely development shows parking where the Wohl Institute is being razed.
Best coffee maker with built in grinder?
Our coffee pot died this morning, so we're looking at our options. One possibility we've considered in the past is to purchase a pot with a built in grinder. So far, I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews on these devices. Has anyone had sustained success
